LEBANON AMERICAN CLUB

2025 NCAA TOURNAMENT AUCTION

Cost: $125 per person, which INCLUDES registration fee, appetizers, dinner, dessert, drinks, one (1) entry into the Club NCAA Bracket Pool ($10) and one (1) NCAA Blind Draw selection ($10). Additional entries and/or Blind Draw selections are available at $10 each.

All Paid Registrations are due by March 12, 2025. 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

TIP-OFF DINNER:            Tuesday, March 17, 2025                              

 Cocktails- 5:15- 6:00 p.m.- Dinner -6:00 p.m.  Auction- 7:00 p.m.  SHARP

 Separate Pools will be established for the following:

 1.   Auction Pool - Each of the teams in the tournament will be auctioned to the highest bidder. Payouts will be based on the team’s seed and progression in the tournament.

 2.   Supplemental Pool – By lottery, a random name will be drawn for each team with the option to purchase that team for 20% of the auction price for a return of 20% of that team’s payout. You must be present to exercise the option which is not assignable. 

 3.   Bracket Pool – Entry fee to the Bracket Pool is included with admission (additional grid entries will be accepted at a cost of $10 per entry.) Completed entries are to be submitted online to the following website address:

 All entries must be submitted online before noon on March 21, 2024. Contestants will select and carry forward the winners of each game in every round up to and including the final champion. Ten points will be awarded for each winner picked in the first round, fifteen points for the second round, twenty points for the elite eight, thirty points for the final four teams, forty points for the semifinals round and fifty points for selecting the tournament champion.

 Cash prizes will be awarded for:

a.                   Highest point total for first two rounds combined (10%)

b.                  Highest point total for third and fourth rounds combined (15%)

c.                   Second highest overall point total (25%)

d.                  Highest overall point total (50%)

 

4.   Blind Draw – Entry fee into the Blind Draw is included with admission (additional entries  will be accepted at a cost of $10 per entry). Each entry will be assigned a team (region & seed) selected at random. That selection will advance based upon its performance  as adjusted by the  point spread published by  CBS SPORTS.COM WITH TIES AWARDED TO THE UNDERDOG. Favored teams that do not cover will have their region/seed position assumed by their opponent.

 5.   Pari-mutual Pool - Single team wagers ($10 minimum/$100 maximum) for 2024 NCAA Champion.

6.   Skins Game – Cost: $10.00 to enroll any entry submitted in the Bracket Pool. If you are the ONLY person selecting a winning team in any round, you will be awarded “skins” as follows:

                        1st Round – 1 skin;                              eg. 10 seed beats 7 seed

                        2nd Round – 2 skins;                           eg. 6 seed beats 3 seed to reach sweet 16

                        3rd Round – 3 skins;                            eg. 4 seed beats 1 seed to reach elite 8

                        4th, 5th and final rounds – 4 skins;       eg. 3 seed beats 1 seed to reach finals
